Directions for Use

1 tablespoon = 1 scoop (15ml).

For Shakes & Smoothies:

Mix or blend 4 tablespoons (approximately 60g) of smoothie mix with 8oz (approximately 240ml) of water or milk. Blend or shake until smooth. Add ice if desired.

For a Greek Yogurt Smoothie:

Blend 4 tablespoons of smoothie mix with 1 cup of Greek yogurt until smooth. Add a little water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Customize with fruits, nuts or seeds if desired.

For Yogurt, Oatmeal & Cereal:

Stir 4 tablespoons into yogurt, oatmeal, overnight oats, pudding or cereal. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.

For Baking & Cooking:

Add 1–2 tablespoons to pancake batter, muffins, cookies, energy balls or other recipes to increase their calorie and nutrient content.
