Ingredients:
- Strawberry
- Banana

- Buttermilk Powder

DIRECTION FOR USE:
A standard tablespoon is a scoop measurement (15ml)
1. For Shakes and Smoothies:
Mix 4scoops (approximately 60g) of Smoothie powder with 8oz of water or milk
Blend or shake well in a shaker bottle until smooth. Add ice for a chilled drink.
2. For Baking & Cooking:
Add 1-2 scoops of powder to pancake batter, muffins, cookies, or energy balls to boost calories & protein content.
Mix thoroughly with other dry ingredients before the wet ingredients for even distribution.
3. For Yogurt, Oatmeal, Pudding, Cereal:
Stir 4scoops of powder into yogurt, oatmeal, or overnight oats, mix together and enjoy
